For application using the downloaded form, please complete the form and return it to SII with the following:-

A cheque or bank draft made payable to Singapore Insurance Institute for the membership application/subscription fee.
A hard copy of your qualification as supporting document for the membership category that you are applying for.

Alternatively, you may email ( contact@sii.org.sg ) us to request a copy of the form to be sent to you. Please allow one week for the form to reach you.
